Seller's Description: I have for auction a Crosman Model 101 Multi Pump Pneumatic Pellet Rifle. The Model 101 is chambered for .22 Caliber Pellets. This Crosman has the die cast receiver with the Pellet Logo, (see photo) hard wood stocks, knurled peep sight, curved bolt and long cocking knob. This was purchased from the original owner and he dates this 101 at approximate 1949. This rifle is definitely a Post War model. The fully rifled barrel is very clean and shiny. The hard wood stocks are in very nice condition, just a couple of small scratches and dings, no chips or cracks. The painted surfaces have some scratches and handling marks here and there. (see photos) I would give the finish 85%+ on this one. All the parts appear original. I have test fired this rifle and it shoots great. The recommended 8 pumps maximum holds the charge till you fire it. These rifles were rated at 750 FPS. That was very fast for a .22 caliber in its day and still is. This auction starts at a penny with no reserve. We run our items for the entire duration of the auction and will not cancel prior to the ending date.
