By bidding on this auction you are entering into a legally binding contract. Please be sure that it is legal for you to bid on and purchase/own this firearm/receiver in your State/City/Town/Community before committing to acquire it. You must be at least 18 years of age to bid on/purchase any long gun, 21 years of age for any handgun. All BATFE Rules/Regulations apply. Legible EZ CHECK FFL & C&R eligible FAX copies ok. Please make sure your receiving dealer knows that I am not an FFL dealer and that I will send my transfer information when the firearm is shipped by me. United States shipments only. IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE UNITED STATES DO NOT BID. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU BID AND I WILL TRY TO HELP YOU FIND SOMEONE YOU CAN DEAL WITH TO HELP YOU EFFECT THE PURCHASE. Three day ( m-f ) nonintrusive/nonfiring inspection. Payment is expected within 10 days of auction closing. All funds will be in US Dollars. My only payment form for next working day shipment is a USPS MO after receipt of funds. I will accept your personal, cashiers, bank checks and other money orders on American institutions. These payment forms require clearance by my banking facilities before shipment. I do not accept PAYPAL/DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS.
