Please be sure that it is legal for you to bid on and purchase/own this firearm/receiver in your State/City/Town/Community before committing to acquire it. You must be at least 18 years of age to bid on/purchase any long gun, 21 years of age for any handgun. All BATFE Rules/Regulations apply. Legible EZ CHECK FFL & C&R eligible FAX copies ok. United States shipments only. IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE UNITED STATES DO NOT BID. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU BID AND WE WILL TRY TO HELP YOU FIND SOMEONE YOU CAN DEAL WITH TO HELP YOU EFFECT THE PURCHASE. Three day ( m-f ) nonintrusive/nonfiring inspection. Payment is expected within 10 days of auction closing. All funds will be in US Dollars. Preferred payment forms for next working day shipment are USPS MO after receipt of funds or VISA/MASTER CARD credit card by phone call from you. If no one is available to take the information please leave a short message and your contact number and we will contact you asap. Winning bid is a cash price, ie: ( checks/money orders ) if using a credit card please add 3% to the total delivered cost to cover charges we are required to pay Visa/MasterCard for accepting your credit card.
