Black finish.
Assembly required.
Rack was removed from box and assembled for pictures only.

Shipping is $8.95.
Shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation
and insured for up to $50.00.
Sorry no APO or FPO.
If additional insurance is needed and desired, it will be determined
at the end of the Auction.
Seller is not responsible for damage or loss due to shipping.
That is what the insurance is for.
If the buyer desires "Signature Confirmation" add $2.90 to the shipping.
