Winchester 1300 Deer Slug Gun with Rifle Sights and a Bushnell 1.5x-4x Scope on it. Great condition but it is used and has been shot. Mild handling wear throughout and small scratch in finish on left side of reciever. 2 3/4 and 3inch capable according to barrel stamps. Barrel appears to be smooth bore and stamped Deer Slug. Barrel is approx. 22inches long and mag tube should hold 3 to 5 shells depending on whether loaded with 3" or 2 3/4" shells. Got this in a trade and have not shot it. You are responsible to know if this firearm is legal in your state. I reserve the right to cancel this auction if it is determined that this item is not legal to own in the state where the winning bidder resides. Do not bid if you cannot own it where you live. Payment must be made with a U.S. Postal Service Money Order (NO Personal Checks, Credit Cards, or Non-USPS MO's. If you try to pay with anything other than a USPS Money Order than this will DELAY shipment until funds are determined cleared by my bank.)

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction or buy it now. Any Questions, ask before bidding. Return policy is available with a 3 days inspection without disassembly or firing of the firearm. Return Shipping and Insurance is the responsiblity of the buyer.
