Payment and Shipping Instructions: Clermont Gun & Pawn is a working gun store. Firearms are for sale in our store until they receive their first bid at auction. We reserve the right to stop auctions early and remove from auction if they are sold prior to receiving bids. Once an item receives a bid it is taken from the rack and held for winning bidder. WE DO NOT SHIP TO CALIFORNIA OR TENNESSEE. PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL AND STATE LAWS BEFORE BIDDING. We require that the buyer contact us within 72 hours of auction close to confirm the purchase and your method of payment. We accept most credit cards. Payments must be received within 7 business days from the close of the auction or the item will be re-listed. Firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your area. Bidder must supply a copy of local dealer’s FFL license before shipment can be made. Shipping/Handling on this item is $45.00 to be paid by buyer.
