This tactical conversion starts with a NIB 12 gauge SAIGA model IZ-109 semi-automatic shotgun. The incredible reliability of this weapon, even in extreme conditions, is based on the proven AK47 design. Our experienced craftsmen convert this ultra-reliable semi-automatic 12 gauge shotgun into an ultra-reliable tactical weapon. We relocate the trigger guard next to the mag latch assembly. Next, we install a USA mfg. G2 trigger group (3.5 to 4 lb. trigger pull) and a US mfg. SAW military style pistol grip. We use premium GUN-KOTE™ metal coating & finish- simply the finest available! It was first specified by the U.S. Military for use on SOCOM Special Sniper Weapons (SPR’s) in 2003. GUN-KOTE™ is superior to parkerized, blued, or air dry finishes in both durability and performance. GUN-KOTE™ satin matte black finish protects metal parts from rust, corrosion, & scratches and will not break down, peel or dissolve. In fact, once applied and heat-cured, the only way to remove it is through abrasive blasting. GUN-KOTE™ is resistant to all known gun solvents, oils, and thinners. GUN-KOTE™ is a highly specialized, hard, abrasion resistant coating that meets all military specifications for protective coatings. GUN-KOTE™ is formulated to provide excellent impact resistance, lubricity (meets military dry firing specs), heat dissipation, chemical resistance, corrosion protection, durability, and scratch resistance. It is specially formulated for salt corrosion protection and meets US Military requirements for "Resistant to Chemicals". GUN-KOTE™ has outstanding heat dissipating qualities, outstanding temperature variation durability (+800 degrees F to -300 degrees F), and outstanding lubrication qualities (self-lubricating benefits from molybdenum disulfide). The M4 style 4-position collapsible stock assembly is manufactured in the USA! It has a strong aluminum tube and includes a rubber butt pad and super comfortable cheek rest. The stock assembly also includes an ambidextrous swivel mount for single point and other tactical slings. The UTG USA mfg. aluminum quad-rail forearm allows you to mount any reflex sight, red dot, micro-dot, laser, tactical light, bipod, or vertical foregrip you can imagine! It is lightweight, precision machined from high strength aluminum alloy, features a hard matte black anodized finish, and comes with black rubber rail guards shooting comfort and protection. We add a compact lightweight polymer vertical foregrip for a sure grip, superior muzzle control and shooting stability. The UTG multifunction red laser and tactical light combination is the lightest (only 6 ounces) and most powerful one available! It is constructed of a lightweight, strong aluminum housing to withstand both recoil and the elements. The Xenon light delivers a blazing 125 lumens of brightness to illuminate your target. The combat quality red laser has precise windage and elevation adjustments and a manual on/off switch. The Xenon light can be adjusted from spot to flood.
