We are a Class 3 FFL dealer with a store front retail operation and will gladly answer emails and phone calls during our operating hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm & Saturday 9am-4pm.
Safety: Firearm has been professionally detail cleaned and has had a safety & function check completed by our gunsmiths here at Rich's Gun Shop, however, the Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. It is a requirement that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By bidding, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise.
FFL or Curio & Relic: It is your responsibility to ensure that the gun is legal to own and receive in your area. We are a FFL dealer and comply with all Federal, State and Local laws. Modern firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your area. The bidder is to supply a signed copy of local dealer’s license before shipment will be made. We do NOT ship to any California FFL dealer. A C&R License is acceptable for C&R firearms only (guns determined to be C&R’s by ATF and guns known to be at least 50 years old).
Payment Methods: (3% charge for VISA or Master Card), Money Orders, & Cashier’s Check.
Return Policy: All firearms come with a 3-day (Monday-Saturday) non-firing inspection/return privilege. Inspection period begins at time of delivery to your dealer and it is your responsibility to inspect the gun in this time frame. In the case of a return, buyer pays all shipping so please ask questions BEFORE you bid.
Warranty: Auction guns are NOT covered by our in-store lifetime warranty.
Shipping: HANDGUNS are shipped USPS Priority Mail/Insured; LONG GUNS are shipped UPS ground/Insured. We include a signed copy of our FFL with each firearm shipped. If you live in the area and want to pick up your gun please stop in and say hi. We are always happy to meet our internet customers. U.S. sales only, no export, this includes antiques.
You will receive an automatic notification with a tracking number upon shipment, to let you know that we have received funds.
