Rare old original Long SIDELOCK SCREW for 69 caliber US Model 1842 Musket. This is one of the two long screws that hold the lock to the stock. Anyone else still have any? I have only a few from long dry storage. From US Model 1842, mfg 1843-1855. Guaranteed over 140 years old. Good used condition, never altered or reworked. No rust. Good threads. Should fit your M1842 musket lockplate with oil. NOTE - Also have US M1816 long sidelock screws, same price each. Now listed. Or. can get it here if you specify for M1816 in payment letter.
