Spencer Carbine #56 Metallic Rim Fire Cartridge .52 Caliber. About 50,000 made between 1863-1865. Bore is in good to fine condition. The hammer did some peaning to the Frame as shown in pictures. Missing rear sight which is available from Dixie Gun Works. Cracks in Butt Stock as shown in pictures. One of the most used rifles by the Union forces during the Cival War. In pretty good condition for being over 135 years old. YOU CAN OWN A PIECE OF AMERICAN HISTORY. Good bidding.
