UP FOR AUCTION-AT A REASONABLE RESERVE- IS A UNIQUE AND INTERESTING STAINLESS STEEL M6 SCOUT OVER-AND-UNDER COMBINATION RIFLE/SHOTGUN MANUFACTURED BY SPRINGFIELD INC GENESEO IL. THIS RIFLE'S SERIAL NUMBER IS R000570 AND IT IS CHAMBERED IN 22 HORNET AND 410. THIS EXAMPLE WAS MANUFACTURED IN THE UNITED STATES. THE STAINLESS STEEL MODELS WERE FIRST INTRODUCED IN 1996 AND HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED. THIS WEAPON IS IN WONDERFUL CONDITION AND HAS A COUPLE OF MINOR HANDLING MARKS. THE BORES IN BOTH BARRELS ARE GOOD. THIS IS A WONDERFUL EXAMPLE AND A FINE AUGMENT FOR ANY COLLECTOR/SHOOTER. IT APPEARS TO BE IN GOOD MECHANICAL CONDITION AND IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.
