Seller's Description:
Anschutz, J.G. single-shot .22 rifle. Mgft. in Zella-Mehlis, Germany approximately 1920's (RARE). Serial number is 47XXXX. It is all factory original and has NOT been refinished. Bluing is very good to excellent condition except for some pitting on the last 5" of the barrel. Bore is bright and shiney with no rust. Wood has some handling marks but is not cracked or split. Standard factory checking with a schnabel style forearm. Barrel is 23" long with an overall length of 41 1/4". LOP 13 7/8". Weighs 3lbs.-13oz. Original factory swivels, sights and butt plate.
