This is a brand new S&W M&P-40 full size pistol in caliber 40 S&W. It comes equipped with factory ambidextrous safety levers and slide levers. Included are two factory hi-cap mags (15-shot), manual, guarantee card, trigger lock and two additional backstraps to change out the grip feel. Please do not bid on this gun if it or its hi-cap mags are banned in your State or locality. Buyer pays $30 shipping to the 48 States, US sales only, and this must go to the holder of an FFL license. Florida residents must pay 6.5% sales tax. (Please note: All Federal, State and local laws apply. California: No sales of any firearms. Connecticut: C&R handguns must go to an FFL 01 dealer and no sales of semi-auto rifles. Illinois: C&R sales to C&R licensees require a copy of the FOID card.
