TERMS OF SALE & FAQ:
PAYMENTS:Payment for auctions MUST be received within 12 days of auction closing. We can not guarantee product availability after 12 days, and non payment proceedings shall be started against non payers at this time. Payments by Money order or Certified check will ship ASAP. (Usually same day or Monday following weekend receipt)
Personal & Business check are accepted as a convenience to the buyer, however we must wait 15 days from the time we receive your check until we ship product. NO EXCEPTIONS! We are receiving too many bad checks lately and this is the only way we handle check payments. Remember, the Postal Service may take a week to get your payment to us, and UPS may take a week to get product delivered to you. So total transaction time on check payments can be close to a month sometimes.
Postal Service & UPS Holidays may cause more delays beyond our control. Sorry, but we DO NOT accept credit card payments for Auctions. Also, we DO NOT accept PAY PAL payments because of their anti gun position and since they have frozen our account!
You MUST include the auction number with your payment so we know what you are paying for! For firearm shipments, you MUST include your dealers name & address with the payment so we know where to ship it! This is important, and will cause delays if you fail to do so!
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
S&H fee's are posted. Remember, when you bid, you are bidding on the combined price of the auction + the posted S&H. Long guns are typically shipped UPS ground. Shipments to AK & HI cost & will be charged extra, and shall go USPS priority mail. Handguns are shipped Priority Mail. Accessories may ship UPS or USPS, determined at time of shipping by us.
A valid signed FFL is required for all Firearms shipmets. (C&R Honored if item is listed by ATF as Curio & relic, and provided that your state and local laws do not prohibit the shipment) It is the buyers responsibility to make the arrangements with his FFL & to have an FFL copy sent to us. we accept faxed, mailed, or e mailed copies as long as they are signed & clear!
TRACKING & ORDER STATUS:
UPS shipments have tracking numbers, however we do not supply them automatically for every shipment. We will provide tracking numbers for you rifle shipments, however you need to e mail us an inquiry for this, AND INCLUDE YOUR DEALERS NAME & ADDRESS. Please, allow sufficient time for your payment to reach us! Accessory shipments will only be tracked if they have not arrived within 10 days of shipment. Handgun & other priority mail shipments DO NOT have tracking numbers, so please do not send inquiries for tracking info for these shipments. We would like to spend the majority of our time packing & shipping your orders, rather than researching tracking numbers & answering e mails. So please, give us and the shippers a fair chance to do our job before sending inquiries as to shipment progress. This only causes more delays for everyone.
