This item doesn't fire a fixed cartridge and does not require any special license, permit, or transfer to receive.
If you do have some local restriction against getting it you are responsible for knowing about it and complying with it.
I will not be part of any transaction that violates the law.
This is possibly Mexican Manufactured as a very basic small game fowler or musket. It appears to fire a .36 cal ball or shot. Has its ramrod with it.
After loading your Black Powder ball or shot You pull back on the "bolt" and install a percussion cap on the nipple and then aim and fire.
Seems like a fun item for training a youth or just for small game.
Front sight seems like it is dovetailed in a slot to adjust and looks too far to the right for now.
Works fine and would be the most inexpensive gun around to shoot.
