Seller's Description:
ITALIAN VETTERLI M.1870-87 TRUPPE SPECIALI CARBINE: In fair general condition. 42 ½ inch overall length. 10.35mm caliber. Very good metal bearing a pleasing age patina throughout. Fine markings. Unfortunately the right side of the stock has sustained some fire damage (see photos). Fine inspector cartouche. 1872 and 1873 dated. Matching serial numbers. Excellent action ang good bore with good rifling (probably will clean-up to better…). A rare Vetterli model in any condition! SHIPS DIRECT TO LEGAL STATES
