Dual Beam Aiming Laser (DBAL) system. This next generation dual laser aiming device is configured for military and law enforcement applications.  Tactical Arm produces  a high power infrared DBAL unit  that is equipped with a visible (532nM) 5mW Green Laser and 30mW infrared 835nM Laser based target designator. The high power laser target designator has an effective range of between 4 and 6 kilometers, depending on atmospheric conditions.

The DBAL XL-4-GIR laser target designator can be adjusted for windage and elevation very easily  and fast  for aligning the laser  accuracy at various distances. The laser illuminator can also be adjusted along the X-axis and Y-axis for purposes of aligning the area of illumination to the weapon sight. The DBAL XL-4-GIR can be mounted on any NATO 1913/Picatinney rail equipped weapon using the included  A.R.M.S. throw lever mount. The built-in base allows the laser to be removed and reattached to the weapon without losing alignment of the laser.

The DBAL XL-4-GIR meets current U.S.  specifications for  environmental conditions. The unit  survives temperature extremes between -10C to +51C,  is able to endure rough handling and vibration without loss of zero and is capable of withstanding a shock of up to 10g. The aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum housing is Class III, Type II anodized with a flat black hard coat Mil-Spec finish.
