Please do not return the product to the store where you bought it, instead call us [ MOULTRIE ] at 800-653-3334 and we will direct you on whether or not you should send your product in for repair or if we can fix the problem over the phone. Retail locations are not set up to receive returns or to do repairs on products.

All Moultrie products have a one-year warranty that covers parts and workmanship. After one year, it has a limited lifetime warranty. The cost of a repair for any product over a year old is usually less than half of the retail price plus shipping and handling.

Payment and Shipping Instructions:

Fedex is our preferred carrier however we may occasionally ship UPS. SHIPPING IS $24.00 each including insurance. Shipments are limited to the continental contiguous (lower 48 states) US only at this time. UPS or Fedex cannot ship to a P.O. Box, we must have a street address.
