Seller's Description:
I have no idea who made this other than the glued on butt pad has SANTA FE on it. As the tag says, not mauser 98, but I'll bet one could be made to fit it. Note the notch for the bolt handle, it is half way up the receiver area. Except for the fact that someones dog chewed on the butt pad it is a good looking piece of walnut. No cracks, No breaks,No knots, has not been butchered on like so many that I got from my friends estate. If you can look at the pics and tell just which action it would fit I would appreciate it. Also might let someone who has one that needs a sporter stock know that there is one available. THANKS FOR LOOKING. OK WATCHERS,IT'S TIME TO POOP OR GET OFF THE POT. IT'S HUNTING SEASON AND WORK IS BACKING UP IN MY SHOP. DON'T HANE TIME TO WATCH THE AUCTIONS.
