Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days after receiving payment and FFL, but please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order. 2. Handguns are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Express. Long guns are shipped via Ground. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge. 2. Our fixed shipping rates are valid only for shipping inside of the lower 48 Contiguous States. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. 3. We do not ship internationally. 4. Local pickups are subject to approval. 5. Please inspect the firearm before accepting the transfer from the FFL for any shipping damage. Firearms cannot be fired or leave the premises of the FFL dealer that performs the transfer for it to be returned. Please contact us prior to returning your firearm. 6. We do not accept returns on ammunition due to safety reasons. We also do not accept returns on heavy items such as gun safes due to high shipping costs involved. 7. All returns must be authorized by us and are subject to a 10% restocking fee (does not apply to firearms), unless the item is not as described. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Warranty Information • Unless noted otherwise, all our items are factory new in box and are warranted by their respective manufacturers ONLY.
