magazine cover & receiver. Sights have bben are altered and barrel length is just over 21 inches, it has a bore liner and looks good or better. Chrysanthemum has not been

Before Norma began exporting 6.5x50mm Arisaka ammo to the US, gunsmiths often reamed out the chamber with a .257 Roberts reamer. Handloaders then simply expanded the necks of the .257 Roberts cases to 6.5.
Interestingly, the Europeans had been using a 6.5x57 Mauser cartridge since the 1890's and is ballistically identical to this wildcat round though they have different headspace dimensions and are not interchangeable.
