Tula arsenal dated 1939..Missing lanyard loop; cylinder "skips" on D.A, ok on S.A.; 1 flute has heavy pitting wth other pitting areas to surface throughout revolver; Grayish/Brown patina overall.. Right grip a little loose. OK, OK, now for some good things on this.. NOT AN IMPORT [this one has "SEEN THE ELEPHANT" ], Low serial # XB4xx, Matching # cylinder, Tula star on all parts applicable,rifling very usable right up to the crown but there is some pitting!! Piece is auctioned as a parts gun ..AS-IS. Very rare to find one with this low a serial # and not imported..Weight 3 lbs Max from 17111... FFL or C&R ..
