Here's an exceptionally nice WW2 Era 4th US Army patch. This is one of the nicest WW2 example I've seen in awhile as too many of these offered today are post-war examples mistakenly being sold as WW2. Unused and shows only minor signs of aging. This is a cut edge patch. Visible traces of the OD twill material it was embroidered onto are visible all about the edges. This is scarcer than the embroidering on khaki version. Lots of heavy "snow" on the reverse. Made from 100% cotton fibers this patch does NOT glow under UV lighting. NO post-war synthetics used during manufacture.
