All Federal & State Laws apply to the Sale of Firearms. In all cases a dealers FFL is required to transfer modern firearms and in some cases a C&R 03 Collectors License will be acceptable. If your not sure the firearm qualifies as a C&R firearm don't hesitate to ask.
BIDDING NOTE:
If you don’t have the proper license required to purchase this item or you don't have a dealer who will accept this firearm for you or you cannot pay for this item within 7 days of the close of auction please don't bid.
INSPECTION:
We offer a full three (3) day inspection period starting when you or your dealer sign for the firearm. At no time during the inspection period will the Buyer fire the firearm. If the firearm is fired at any time during the inspection period the sale is considered final. Inspection consists of external examination, no further disassembly is permitted to include but not limited to turning any screws or removing any punch pins. Firearms are sold as collectors items only and not warranted safe to shoot read warning below. In the event your not satisfied Refund is Immediate when Returned in the Same Condition as Shipped. Shipping is not refundable neither are transfer fees paid to the buyers dealer. We require notification within this period if you intend to return an item. Returns must be made within three (3) days of receipt, shipped same as sent no exceptions.

All Military Firearms are Non-Import marked/stamped unless stated otherwise in the description.
PAYMENT:
Bank Checks, Money Orders only, No Personal Checks.

In some instances when uploading photo's they can become distorted, out of focus, not clear or fuzzy if this is the case please e-mail me and I'll will resent the photo's directly to you.
