| Comments: Rifle had a broke receiver [ missing the front half ] with the barrel WELDED back in. It took over 6 weeks to get a refund [ - shipping ],and ONLY after the Auction got involved. Seller did not do what they said they would. Did not answer e-mails . Who would even sell a rifle like that ? |

| Comments: won auction on the 7th paid buy credit card on the 9th did not recieve gun until the 1st of the next month gun did not fuction barrel selector broken called and was told to ship back would get refund for gun not shipping unless a their gunsmith said it was broke incompetent seller poor service |

| Rebuttal: WE SAID WE WANTED TO VERIFY GUN WAS BROKEN. OUR POLICY IS CLEARLY STATED ON RETURNS. WE NEED COVER OUR REAR AS MUCH AS THE CUSTOMER. WE WERE WILLING TO GIVE THE SHIPMENT CHARGE BACK IF GUN WAS DEFECTIVE, BUYER DECIDED INSTEAD TO SLANDER US W/FEEDBACK. I WOULD SAY THE BUYER IS INCOMPETENT. |
