| Comments: nice gun for the price but it was shipped loaded. If I were a novice black powder shooter I might have loaded the another bullet on top af the one already loaded and you would see how good your disclaimer was. also missing an allen bolt on the triger assembly. my advice Inspect before shipping. |

| Comments: Bought gun (buy it now) and had to send FFL twice 9snail mail and fax) and then the gun wasn't there it was listed twice and sold after I did a buy it now. It would have to be a good deal to give them another chance. |

| Comments: Seller would not ship to CA (California), so the deal did not go through. About 1 in 3 will not sell to CA since the July 1st change went into effect, I guess it is now a part of living in CA. |

| Comments: In my opinion, the some pitting and no rust on the barrels should have been listed as heavily pitted and rusted on the outside. The price I paid for a 20 gauge LC Smith in its condition was at a stretch fair. If I had realize the gun would have to be re-barreled, I would not have bought it. |

| Comments: Gun was over rated at 90% and had friction piece missing with very rough wood.Tryed to work with them but got no reply after telling them the problem. I have great feed back on auction arms as well as gunbroker,so I have been around the block a few times. Look close when you buy from this seller. |

| Comments: I thought $35 was high for shipping but included was a new hard gun case, turns out the "new hard gun case" was a card board box. Fool me once, shame on me. |

| Rebuttal: We admitted we inadvertantly made a mistake and offered, at our own expense,to ship a hard shell case to the purchaser. He declined and instructed us to "not worry about it." The buyer's complete satisfaction is our goal and our attempt to rectify the situation shows we meant to "fool" no one. |
