| Comments: Poor packaging. Stock busted. Hammer exposed through carton. Did not contact UPS, left up to me. Worse experience I have ever had with an online purchase. Stuck with high dollar gun. Seller relocated. Then said he had a stroke. Just be careful dealing with this guy. |

| Comments: 5 days of e-mail, no resolution. My feedback is honest. NEVER buy from this seller. Poorly packaged, safety non-functioning with the wood stock, not damage related. Seller wants to blame me? Item’s condition not as described. Seller told me to take it up with Fed Ex, a long story. |

| Rebuttal: ask him to send item back for refund wanted me to send refund first dont know about you but i would only send refund after i recived an item back said damage by fexex but i never got item back so i could then tak it up with fedex i knew could not trust from his email and would not sent refund first |
