| Comments: Couldn't contact this seller for 7 days after auction as no email was returned. Finally contacted, ask where to send payment and was told I didn't need to send the PENNY payment for the wrench. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer blocked my e-mail (returned all attempts to contact. Then when finally responded he really didn;t want the item he won and didn't want to pay shipping for it. Why make a junk bid like this and waste all our time? |
