Comments: This person bid on and won an auction at the end of April 2001, however, at this time he has not responded to my e-mails. I called his home and left a message for him, leaving my phone number as a backup. IT APPEARS THAT THIS IS NOT THE FISRT TIME SOMEONE HAS HAD PROBLEMS WITH HIM.

Comments: Today is day four since the close of my auction and I have had no reply from buyer nor has he replied to the winning bid announcement.As this was a valid sale that was not completed by the buyer I am going to resell the rifle.

Rebuttal: TALKED TO NATIVE SON AND HE SAID.THAT HE HAD NOT RECIEVED THE E-MAIL I SENT HIM.AND HE HAD AREADY BEEN BURN THREE TIMES THIS YEAR SO FARE.AND THAT HE WOULD MAKE A CHANGE ON MY RATING.

Comments: This guy (free-masons, aka 'joseph' aka 'Mark Steel') must be nuts. That's all I can figure. Way back on 14 April, he won my auction (#6154120) for an assortment of 7mm bullets. I sent him the usual "where and how to pay, etc" message, but received no reply. Several follow-up messages were sent - no reply. FINALLY after a week with no replies, I sent him a strongly-worded message threatening negative feedback, if he did not reply and/or follow-through. After that I received a tersely worded reply, just one sentence to tell me he was short of money, had to pay for "a new water well" and would send the money on 7 May. Well... I gave him the benefit of the doubt, said "okay" and went on about my business. But then... he went on and bid (and won, on 4 May) another of my auctions, (#3427201821), for a set of Lee 7mm/08 dies. So... once again I sent my usual "where and how to pay" messages, also reminding him that he still owed me for the previous auction he'd won. Guess what? No answer. So... a follow-up message, again receiving no reply. I got curious and checked his feedback. Two glowing positive reports - weird - and stranger still, these were dated DURING the period he had told me he was "short on money" and couldn't pay me. Well, I guess he could pay the other fellows, just not me. So, I wrote him again, this time mentioning all this 'chronology of events (and non-events)' and asked what was his deal here, and did he intend to follow through and honor his bids, etc. Well, this morning I got his reply - once again, a terse statement but this time quite blunt and offensive - all in caps, he wrote (and I've censored it, but not corrected the spelling): 'HAY BEN,GO F*** YOURSELF!' So, I guess this means he's not going to honor his bids, huh? Overall, I found his behavior and conduct extremely childish, and frankly I am perplexed at this entire incident. In any case, I don't want him bidding in any of my auctions ever again, and recommend extreme caution in dealing with him. He is apparently CRAZY!!! BEWARE!!!!
