| Comments: I emailed the seller that there were undisclosed things wrong with the gun and upon dismantling it to clean it the firing pin fell out of the action. I had to send a 2nd email and he answered he and his gunsmith thought that was a load of crap and I was just trying to get something for nothing. |

| Comments: Concerning auction 933189. It is my opinion that gunwood1 misrepresented the Single-six in that auction. | Comments: Bought a Beretta 950 listed as 97-98%. Gun shows medium wear with rust visible in a few spots. Should rate no more 80-85% by industry standards. Firing pin is broken. I e-mailed "gunwood1" about this right away but got no response. |

| Rebuttal: BEWARE! This guy e-mailed me while I was at the SHOT show. When I answered his e-mail, he responded:"I already made repairs to the firing pin and it works most of the time. 98% blue remaining is not the same as 98% condition." He said since I didn't answer him within 48 hrs. he gave me a negative. |

| Comments: CONDITION OF GUN WAS MISREPRESENTED. SEVERAL RUST SPOTS WERE FOUND THAT WERE NOT MENTIONED. BORE, BOLT, AND ACTION WERE FILTHY, NEVER CLEANED. DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!! |

| Rebuttal: Over a month has passed without a word from this guy expressing the least bit of dis-satisfaction with his purchase. Then he leaves me a negative feedback. I don't know what kind of game he's playing. And the gun was exactly as described. Will not do business with him again. |
