| Rebuttal: E-mails to him were returned as undeliverable . His e-mail to me stated " I do not want this rifle if it has the old bolt lock safety or a j-lock. Is it matte or blue finish?" I guess he thinks he can win the auction and then decide if he wants to pay for it . FFFFFF |

| Rebuttal: This guy is a real piece of work . He sends a personal check & then pressures me to hurry and ship the gun . To immediately return it for a B.S. reason . Then he wants his refund NOW . I had the gun checked out by MY master gunsmith before sending the refund . BLOCKED |
