| Comments: Only 2 out of the 3 I won came in the box with a note saying "Here's the other 2". I emailed him. He apologized and said one was not the right part-and would send a refund. After 2 more emails, "I run 150 auctions a month-I don't keep all the email". No refund yet.I will never buy from you again. |

| Comments: seller refuses to refund money for m1 rec. that was returned after 1 day inspection as rule #22 in auction arms states you get 3 days..several calls and e-mails with no results as yet.seller says it was sold as is .A.T.F.says a receiver is a firearm so a 3 day inspection should apply |

Bidder contacted, 08/21/2000 at 08:34:00, again requesting address to ship auction part. As of 09/02/1706, no check or communication from buyer. Part to be relisted. |

| Rebuttal: I sent payment on the 21st of August have got nothing since but the above bad feedback.I have recieved no further contact; period; I assumed part was on the way---as I sent a regular check for this very small item. Forget this person they are not worth dealing with!!!!!! |

| Comments: I will only state facts which I can prove. 1. This man was high bidder in one of my auctions which closed on 28 Jan 00. 2. I notified him on 28 Jan 00 that he was high bidder, and gave him amount and my mailing address. 3. He responded on 29 Jan 00 that he would send a check instead of a money order since he was running 100 auctions. 4. On 9 Feb 00 I notified him again that I had not received payment. 5. On 10 Feb 00 he responded to my e-mail stating that he had already sent a check. He said "The Chicago mail system sucks and your check is probably in someones trunk." He also said that he would send out another check that day, and for me to tear up the second check I ever received it. AS OF TODAY (23 FEB 00) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT FOR AN AUCTION THAT THIS MAN WAS HIGH BIDDER ON THAT CLOSED ON 28 JAN 00. DEALING WITH THIS MAN HAS BEEN A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND ENERGY. |

| Rebuttal: I have sent payment for this 13.00 item twice-- I do not know if he recieved payment or not-- I have recieved no e-mails or packages from this individual in over 2 weeks so I really don't know what happened. Today I recieved mail dated 5 Feb from a bidder on one of my auctions. |
