| Comments: be advised on savage mod.110 .270 cal,i purchased from you,the scope doesn't fit this rifle. the tube is to short using the correct mounts.just for your info the mount was jury-rigged so bad i don't believe you could hit anything. jim e |

| Rebuttal: Beg to differ! First we've heard of any probs! We guarantee anything we sell! Gun was sold in the same condition-manner in which it came of pawn unredeemed! It was photo'd from all angles! Sorry for the sour-grapes! |

| Comments: The rifle that I purchased was described as "like new with a bore that is bright,well defined,clean and shiny!" It could better be desribed as filthy,dirty and full of copper fouling!Nobody could have looked down this barrel and said it was clean!The condition of this rifle was misrepresented! |

| Rebuttal: Politely beg to differ: The firearm left here in excellent condition with a bright and shiny bore. We do not misrepresent our wares. If he was unhappy, he should have asked for a refund. We've always guaranteed our merchandise. A happy client is our greatest asset!! |
