| Comments: This guy was highest bidder on my auction and when the auction was over , e-mailed me that he would pass on the pistol he had just won the bid on. he did not take this auction and his bid seriously. |

| Rebuttal: the next highest bidder promised me he wanted to take the offer at my bidding price, which was 1 dollar more. I just assumed he bought the gun. |
