| Rebuttal: I did apologize to Mr.Robinson. The shot gun had previously been listed and was relisted in error. A mistake like this has never happened to us before. Will not happen again. Mr. Robinson was very gracious about this and I really did not expect a neutral rating from. But it is what it is. |
