| Comments: This gentleman was offered a full refund. After making false claims, he tried to extort $100.00 back from sale to be a satisfied customer, then chose to keep rifle. Here is a copy of a portion of the email from him: "I would be a happy customer with a $100.00 refund." You be the judge! |

| Rebuttal: # 3555275 The only false claims made were from the seller, concerning the condition of rifle being factory new to bidders.Serial #s were etched on replacement parts of bolt & firing pin release, bluing wear, nicks on stock.He would rather slander me then make it right. All I wanted was a fair deal |
