| Comments: I bidded on a glock 33, I won the bid but did not reach reserve, was contacted several days after the auction ended and was email that they will accept the bid. In return I was suppose to receive a New in the box Glock 33 with 2 10 round magazines, instead I received a dirty pistol when cleaned up it was fine but it look like it was shot, 2 9rounds magazines instead of 10 round magazines and the magazines a little chewed up on the sides, both of them and the topper was the manual was beatten up and it was the wrong manual. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

WHEN I CONTACTED HIM HE GAVE ME THE IMPRESSION HE WAS A POLICEMAN, A COP SAID HE NEEDED THIS 357 SIG CAL GLOCK FOR A BACKUP THATS A QUOTE ON TAPE VIA PHONE LINE PHONE ME THREE TIME NEEDED IT YEATERDAY FOR (A bACKUP), WELL THE GLOCK 33 WAS ON DISPLAY ON TOP OF ONE OF MY GLASS DISPLAY CASES SITTING ON A RED VELVET FOAM 2INCHES THICK LAYING IN A NEW ZIPPER TYPE GUN RUG WITH FUZZY MATERIAL CLOTH LIKE INSIDE UOPEN GUN WAS ON TOP. NEEDLESS TO SAY A RUSHED IT BOXED IT UP AND SHIPPED OUT THE NEXT DAY BEFORE HIS $$$ARRIVED I BELIEVED HIM!!! SURE MADE SOME MISTAKES....... 1. GLOCK 33'S HAVE A 9 RD MAGAZINE AND MY ADD STATED TWO TEN RD MAGS.. 2. ALL GLOCKS COME WITH THE SAME BOOK...WRONG THE SIG 357 HAS A DIFFFERENT TYPE NEW BOOK.. AND I JUST REACHED INTO THE FILE CABINET WHERE I KEEP GLOCK BOOK AND FISHED ONE OUT PACKED IT AND SHIPPED.IT!!....PAPPA GOT A NEW GLOCK WITH RED AND BROWN FUZZ ON IT IN IT?? HE WROTE IT ON 9/29/99 AND HAD CALLED ME AND E-MAIL ME AFTER THAT DATE TRYING TO BUY A ROSSI FROM ME NEVER MENTIONED THE FEEDBACK NEVER COMPLAINED OR MENTIONED ALL HE WROTE DIRTY GUN USED GUN WRONG BOOK... AND 9 RD MAGS.. WELL A FEW PHONE CALLS LATER TO SOME BUCKS COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT FRIENDSS THEY INFORMED ME PAPPA DEFINATERLY WAS NO IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND THAT HE WAS A 20= YEAR OLD WANNA BE COP WHO WORKED PART TIME IN A SLEEZLY PAWN SHOP IN THE WEST PHILLY AREA AND THAT HE PROBABLY BOUGHT THE GLOCK FOR HIMSELF OR THE PAWNSHOP TO SELL FOR A $100.00 PLUS PROFIT AND THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO HAVE SOMEONE KEEPIN AND EYE ON HIM ( ITS A DIFERENT COUNTY).. IF HE HAD CONTACTED ME I WOULD OF SENT HIM A NEW GLOCK33 BOOK AND ORDERED HIM THE PLUS ONE MAG FOR A TEN RD MAGS BUT HE DIDNT DO WHAT AUCTIO0N ARMS SUGGESTED HI,M WROTE NEG FEEDBACK AND HOUR LATER.. | Comments: I was high bidder on item #4628165150 (Beretta 686 Silver Essential 12 gauge over/under) which closed on 9/9/1999. This gentleman sent me an e-mail saying that he would accept my high bid and his address where to mail the money order. This was on 9/16/99. I was out of town and did not respond to the message until 9/19/99. I told the gentleman that I would take the shotgun and needed another bit of information from him. He did not return my e-mail. Sent other messages on 9/20/99 and 9/22/99 and did not get any response back from him. After looking through Auction Arms, he had relisted the shotgun under item #1649113532 which closes 9/25/99. I could understand his actions since I was three days getting back to him. If he would have sent me a message back on 9/20/99 stating he waited 24 or 48 hours then relisted, that would have been acceptable and my loss. I think it is rude of someone that will not respond to an e-mail message!! |

| Rebuttal: POST REBUTTAL ON DIAMONDS POISON PEN I've waited over a month to see if diamond would change his story.. lets try to tell the truth and set the story straight.. everything he wrote above is the truth but the ,man left out mucho important info.. like I sent out 3 e-mail one to the high bidder and two to him they were not returned so I presume he got them.. YES ON 9/16/99 IGOR DID e-MAIL THE HIGH BIDDER ON MY BERETTA AND I TOLD HIM I would accept his high bid on my beretta shotgun... this was all done after I had asked the auction arms webb master what I could do and had to do to accept this and other high bids below reserve.. I NEVER received any E-mail or telephone responce from the high bidder still HAVEN'T.. The beretta was put back into auction on 9/18/99 same price , same reserve. ON 9/20/99 igor received AN e-MAIL FROM AND UNKNOWN HOMBE AND A UNKNOWN NEW E- ADDRESS... HOMBE STATED HE HIGH BIDDER AND HE WANT SHOTGUN... I THEN SENT UNKNOWN HOMBEA E-MAIL AT THE ADDRESS HE USED TELLING HIM BERETTA IS BACK IN AUCTION BID IS AT $730.00 YOUR MOVE... HOMBE (DIAMOND) SEND IGOR ANOTHER E-MAIL.. HOMBRE WANT BERETTA AND WILL SEND $10..00 YANKEE DOLLARS FOR FREIGHT ON BERETTA SHOTGUN.. IGOR SEND DIAMOND UNA MAS E-MAIL BERETTA IN AUCTION. BID AT $730.00 , your MOVE H0MBRE... MEANWHILE I GATHERED ALL THE E-MAIL I SENT AND RECEIVED FROM DIAMOND AND SEND THEM TO THE AUCTION ARMS WEBBMASTER AND I ASK FOR HIS OPINION,ADVISE, AND TO JUDGE AND RULE WHAT I WAS TO DO WITH THIS DIAMOND HOMBRE AND PROBLEM.. AS I'M GATHERING ALL THIS INFOR FOR THE WEBBMASTER ....HOMBRE DIAMOND SENDS ANOTHER e-MAIL THIS TIME THREATING AND TRYING TO INTIMINATE IGOR.. IGOR IS A HALF BREED INDIAN, RUSSIAN POLE AND SWEDE...
