| Comments: Item is as described but the shipping cost of $8.00 was out of line. Expected professional package and even Priority mail for that money - got a homemade, stapled together envelope with NO protection for the mag and $2.xx postage. Very poor. |

| Comments: Kinda a strange deal. Bid on medium rings at a premium price and received highs. Pkg. was OPENED and STAPLED back, nullifying any proof that highs were not put in a medium box. Very prompt in answering emails, but skirted my return request at every corner. I finally said forget it. |

| Rebuttal: I accomodated his special request for all matching hardware by replacing bolts & nuts.Of course the pkg was opened!He did get med rings and as proof I provided Ruger's chart of dimensions.All he had to do was measure to prove to himself that he rec'd the correct pair.Besides I have no high rings. |

| Comments: Stock did not fit action. Seller refused a refund and told me to contact B&C. B&C said the item was new, old stock because the warranty paperwork in the box had their address from ten years ago. B&C sent a new stock so the deal is finally done, but it has taken 2 1/2 months. |

| Rebuttal: The buyer apparently forgot that I offered a refund . here is a copy of my e-mail to him : You may return it for a refund or you can contact Bell & Carlson for warranty service . They will repair or replace it if necessary . I have no more of this model remaining . |
