Comments: This is one miserable, self centered, self serving creep.....Let me tell you a little story. I bought a 308 MAS from this creep about 6 weeks ago. The rifle came in pretty much as he described except that the stock was beaten up more than I thought it was going to be but he asked me to write something nice. So I did, I figure no big deal I can fix the stock. I never hear from the guy again until I ask a question about one of the Mausers that he has for sale. And in that kinda internet conversation he asked me how I liked the Mas that I bought because he has learned that the 308 Mas may be dangerous. I didn't grill him about it at the time, but the next day I see his ad for a 7.5 Mas and in that ad he writes "We do NOT sell or offer the 308 conversion of these rifles as we believe them to be UNSAFE and do not wish to have our customers mad or DEAD due to a malfunction" Say what? DEAD???? Keep in mind that this guy saves all e-mail (he sure had my e-mail address when he thought I might be interested in buying the Mauser) And he sure remembered me buying the Mas because he asked me about it. BUT he totally forgot to tell me that if I shot it I could KILL myself with it!!! Isn't that sweet! I then told him that if the Mas was defective I would like a refund because the rifle is totally worthless to me, I can't shoot it and in all consciousness resell it knowing that there might be problems with it. He said no but would be willing to replace it with a 7.5 Mas I said no thanks, If I wanted a 7.5 I would have bought a 7.5. I wanted a 308 and so I bought a 308 and now you tell me it is defective and I could kill myself if I shoot it. I want my cash back. If I bought a Remington 30/06 and it was defective I don't want someone to hand me a Remington 243 and say to me "take it or leave it". As I say, this guy is a selfserving creep and is only out for a quick buck so don't trust anything this guy tells you. And don't expect any follow up even if he has information that could save you from either being killed or being blinded. Once you give him the money, he doesn't give a shit!

Rebuttal: User Tuna purchased a MAS 49/56 semi - auto rifle that was converted to .308 by the French Military. Imported by the nation's largest firearm importer. The gun was transfered as good+ condition trough importer to the buyer. However, he accused us with very serious elegations after he was turned dowm for a request of full refund including his shipping cost about 45 days after purchase. He seems to have a misanderstanding of guns are not refundable after being used for 45 days. More ..this company does not have his money that he spent on shipping . The post office does!!!! More ..he left a nesty note on this account . The old man demonstrated a SELECTIVE memory in his story. He created quite a fiction on my behalf. His rude and out of character note speaks for itself. He is responsible for his public statement . We will stick him to it!!!
