| Comments: Item probably damaged in transit. Buyer did not answer courteous email reply or send photo of damage when requested. Buyer did not take advantage of the Shipping Insurance that was included with the item. |

| Rebuttal: Inside the sealed box, the front sight was broken off and rubber banded to the barrel. Easy to repair on this dummy gun so it's no big deal but it was damaged before shipping. Seller was contacted, perhaps he never got my email(s). |
