| Comments: Long delay in shipping, seller forgot to mention the two cracks near the but plate. Good commnuication with emails. But would have liked to have known about the cracks. Be careful. |

| Comments: Long delay in shipping. First he was out of town for a week, then had the flu, then some money problems. Good communications. I was getting worried. Finally received the rifle three weeks and one day after mailing my money order. Poor packaging but no harm done. Rifle as described. Be careful. |

| Rebuttal: There was a delay in shipping for the resons stated. And as Buyer noted, I did keep in constant contact via e-mail as to the status of shipments. I hardly think this warrants a negative feedback, but to each his own. I choose not to do business with this person any further. Blocked from my auctions. |
