| Comments: The rifle was in decent shape, but it did not have an ejector, ejector pin, or ejector spring. I e mailed the seller two or three times to see if he had the parts so i could fix the gun and never got a responce. |

| Rebuttal: STOP Please check the auction description.. I clearly state in my auctions what the shipping charges will be, on this pistol it was 25 dollars. On long guns I charge 35 dollars period. If you bid you must carefully read, understand, then pay like anyone else, or do not bid. |

| Comments: The rifle sold was described in the condition the gun was actually in. It was a shooter not a prized target rifle, but seems the customer had a difference of opinion about the bore, " has no rifling". Contrary to opinion it does have a "FAIR" bore. |

| Rebuttal: There is rifling except in the muzzle end where it is most important (the gun was described as a shooter). I inspected the gun and told the seller i was returning the gun and he got peeved. Why have an inspection policy if you cannot return the item? |
