| Comments: Returned item because it was sharpened. Bayonets are sharpened at the factory-duh? Shipped NIW after it was opened by USPS as preservative set off sniffer. Customer needs structured environment with professional psychiatric management. His local PD has been notified as to his potential instability. |

| Comments: The auction ended on 3/8, on 3/9 he said he would send FFL and payment. On 3/15 I sent mail saying I did not receive payment. He replied that it went out on 3/14. On 3/22 I sent another e-mail saying no payment yet. As of today, 3/29, I have received no reply. |

| Rebuttal: I can not go through on a deal which he is not offering. I bid on two thompson magazines. I won the auction, but he said the auction was for one magazine. I offered to but the two magazines in the auction, just as the auction stated, but he refused. |
