| Comments: Buyer refused to communicate at all. I was able to catch him on the phone the day that the auction closed, but he was very brief, rude, and refused to take my mailing address to send payment. I called him two more times and e-mailed him, but he ignored me. Very frustrating to deal with. |

| Rebuttal: My apologies. My father had a heart attack 8/4 followed by triple bypass. Left town for family obligations. you never emailed me. You did call twice but failed to leave your number. Did not refuse to write down your address. All ready had your address from call by another guy earlier that day. |

| Comments: Auction closed on July 20th, 2010. Corresponded with bidder on more than one occasion. Bidder stated payment on the way. As of today, August 11th, 2010, no payment was received. |

| Rebuttal: Took days to get a total from seller. Seller did not send a mailing address with total. Requested address. Seller sent address after I left town to deal with my fathers heart attack which was followed by a triople bypass. Came home from all that to find negative feedback. |
