| Comments: The condition of the gun was not as good as described in the listing. The choke was rusted in the barrel & the finish on wood was somewhat blistered. Had to pay a gunsmith $50.00 to remove the choke. I contacted the seller about the extra expense but never received any consideration nor a reply. |

| Rebuttal: I talked with this customer and was not informed about cost to remove choke sent him 4 extra chokes at my expense when we talked he had no problems other than the choke was stuck 50 dollars sounds a little high for that project but it is what it is just wonder why he waited two months 2 feed back. |

| Rebuttal: Im sorry you felt you had to leave a neutral feed back after not even one call we ship on fridays we got you check on the auction closed on the 6th we got you check and ffl on the 16th shipped on the 22nd sorry for delay but I can,t run 30 miles town every day sorry again |
