| Comments: Buyer purchased for resale. Buyer received gun,said he made a mistake, used disclosed scratch as an excuse to return. I agreed refund minus S&H, buyer wanted 100%. Weapon retails w/scope $350, buyer paid only $195. Says he's a cop selling guns on the side. DON'T QUIT YOUR DAY JOB! |

| Rebuttal: Rifle is a Glenfield 30A 30/30,total cost was $227 after his packing and shipping fees.Described excellent but had bad scratchs on it.Was only going to refund $145 after (- shipping) and $50 for a transfer fee,says he is not a dealer but sure is selling a lot of guns.No 3 day inspection with him. |
