| Comments: Seller is a crook! Item not as described. Rated as"good"condition using NRA strds. This gun was Nonfunctional,which would require a poor to fair rating.He did not disclose all broken&missing parts. Inquired about the return policy &he said there was a 30%fee.(lstng said 20%)both are a violation. |

| Comments: Gun was shipped with 2 out of 3 mags that didn't belong with the gun I purchased when I tried to contact seller about the issue I recieved no response. Description of gun said 3 mags I didn't know that meant 2 of them wouldn't fit the gun that he was selling with them. |

| Rebuttal: Sorry. I don't keep my records on Gun Auction. The buyer knows if he has paid for an item. He doesn't need me to tell him once he receives the item. |
