| Comments: Not collectibles, just parts. Two barrels had Import Stamps and one firing pin was a poor reweld job, doesn't work. Seller tried hard and cooperated with S&H but did not disclose collectible matters. |

| Rebuttal: Literally the auction listed them as just parts. Only 2 items were listed as having any collector value. There were lots of pics provided. You had every opportunity to ask for more pics & I was very flexible on other matters. |

| Comments: Serious 2 inch crack in buttstock opposite from photos. Floorplate mismatched, center tang screw missing due to ruined lower tang. Rare Bayo saved the deal. Gun parted out. |
