| Comments: Firearm was poorly described as barrel had more than just "light rust spots" on gun barrel,that will take more than some effort to repair and refinish. Bore looked good though. Will keep and repair if it shoots alright. |

| Comments: The seller received payment, then I received an email stating that the gun was knocked off the counter and not in condtiion to sale. Seller stated that he would send pictures of the said gun to see if I still wanted the gun and he never sent pictures. GUN MUST HAVE SOLD TOO CHEAP FOR THE SELLER!! |

| Rebuttal: I tried to make up for our delay by upgrading the shipping to 3 day UPS, I shipped it out on the 21st of Dec. Should have gotten there by Dec. 25th at the latest. Instead it got there on the 29th. Ground can take up to ten days. By the way I never got my money from UPS yet. Thanks for your business. |

They may ge good folks but I won't buy here again. I have a speech problem and must communicate by e mail or fax. No response no purchases. |

| Rebuttal: I posted numerous pictures of the gun and double checked the gun before shipping it off. To my knowledge this firearm was clean. What you saw in the pictures is the exact gun. Also on the magazine I wasn’t aware that it was an aftermarket magazine but most .45s come with them. You should of asked. |

| Comments: The rifle had some issues that were not brought out in the advertisement. Much to the seller's credit, however, when I raised the issues they apologized immediately and asked me to return it for a full refund. |
