| Rebuttal: This was posted by a person who was Hi bidder and didn't want to pay the amount he bid. So, He is trying to say the auction was manipulated. If you are concerned with this, feel free to contact me and I will provide proof to the contrary. Thanks! |

| Rebuttal: The gun was misidentified as stated. There was also a picture of the gun in the auction clearly showing what it was. The person was also contacted and could have sent it back for a full refund but chose not to do so. He also requested positive feed back which was posted on 8/27, two weeks prior to this neg feedback clearly showing he was contacted. |
